Why use an NICEIC Domestic Installer?
Since January 2005, all electrical work in homes and gardens through England and Wales will have have to follow the new rules in the Building Regulations. These rules have been introduced to cut down the number of deaths, injuries and fires caused by faulty electrical installations and cowboy electricians. Not following new regulations may cause you difficulty in selling or letting your property if you do not own the correct certificates. Also your local authority's Building Control Depatrment may insist that you put right any faulty work.
